MARCEL'S Chocolates, hand created by Marcella Moy, won top honors in the professional category at the 2003 Boulder Chocolate Lovers Fling. The Belgian Chocolate Truffles took 1st prize overall and MARCEL'S confectionery buffet won 2nd in the Sheer Artistry competition.
